Appointments will be scheduled for 60 minutes and can be flexible scheduling. There is no limit on the number of appointments. There are no co-pays or add on charges for exams.
Communication by text and phone may lead to telehealth and in-person visits arranged on an as needed basis for acute issues. Many issues can be handled with a discussed plan.
A flat monthly fee covers your care, ensuring transparent, predictable pricing with no insurance hassles. Procedures may involve add on charges.
Annual exams, cancer screenings and lifestyle coaching for prevention as well as ongoing management for chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and cholesterol.
While not a substitute for full ER evaluation, many acute concerns can be managed with rapid assessments by phone, telehealth or in person to determine the best course of action. Recommendations may include lab work and imaging.
Discounted labs may be available. Cryotherapy, wound care, skin lesion removal, simple laceration repair, and more—performed in-house when needed and incur add on charges.

Membership is available for $150 per month for individuals up to age 44 and $200 per month for those aged 45 and over.
An initial registration fee, equal to one month’s subscription, is required upon joining.
A three-month initial commitment is required, after which membership continues with automatic monthly withdrawals.
Members also have the option to make lump sum payments on a biannual or annual basis.
Monthly payments can be made via credit card; however, a $5 per month fee applies to cover processing costs. This fee is waived for members who choose to pay biannually or annually in a lump sum.
